Brilliant hotel, clean, modern and spacious staff were lovely and spoke very good English and a host of other langauges. Location can be a slight trek to get to on the Tram if you do not drive but minimal to complain about. Breakfast is reasonable and not too bad. No toast tho :(

The hotel decor looks upscale but the price doesn't match the services provided. There is no phone in the room to contact the hotel management when you need any service, you have to go down to the ground floor every time to contact them. The hotel bathroom is bad as the drain was clogged and you couldn't shower because the washing water wasn't draining. There is no refrigerator in the room to store anything you need, especially water which you need during hot weather.
